Validates existing TOML config files for syntax correctness, unknown keys, and structural issues. Auto-detects config type (server, client, combined) and checks known sections against expected schema. Validates: log levels, coordinate ranges, port ranges, access types, lat/lon pairing, and unknown key warnings.
