sjg 27de75cf79 [fix](trx-rs): improve FT2 coherent decoding 
Add coherent FT2 sync and likelihood extraction.
Align FT2 frequency and DT reporting with the reference decoder.
Fix vendored monitor phase-mode type mismatches.
