[feat](trx-frontend-http): display non-ASCII bytes as yellow hex in APRS info

Browse Source 
Render non-ASCII characters in decoded APRS info text as yellow
[0xNN] hex tags. Printable ASCII is HTML-escaped to prevent XSS.
